Breathe for Baby
120 min - $600.00 This 8-week in person course takes childbirth education and labour preparation to the next level. Each week you will be using real time physiological measurements with biofeedback technologies to see how the common exercises, birth positions, breathing, and pain-management techniques affect your unique physiology and psychology.

Together we will discover exactly what works for you and what doesn't.

No one wants to find out in the middle of labour that their support strategies don't work the way they expected.

We also explore how your breathing affects aspects of your baby’s development, common symptoms & complications of the pregnancy, and why optimising your CO2 levels and heart rate variability builds resilient babies.
This class is perfect for you if you are in the 18th-36th week of gestation and you want to understand why and how your body and your baby's body are perfect partners for the birth process.
Postpartum Integration Process Group
90 min - $375.00 This is a series of 6 weekly sessions. This class is perfect for you if you gave birth in the last 18 months. A private intake assessment is a prerequisite before group sessions begin to assess your full birth history and your baby’s experience.
The approach is gentle with introspective invitation and group sharing. It includes breathwork, somatic release, developmental repatterning, attachment work, and tension/shock release exercises. The integration of your pregnancy and birth process, as well as the changes in identity and role, are lovingly addressed as we reset your nervous system and allow time to process your experiences without judgement.
Infant Postpartum Integration Process Group
60 min - $200 This is a series of 6 weekly sessions for babies and their parents. A private intake assessment is a prerequisite before group sessions begin to assess your full birth history and your baby’s experience. Infant Integration of birth and early infancy trauma is the focus of this series, and best suited to infants and their caregivers under 18 months.
Together we will learn about and process birth from your baby’s point of view. We will create a bridge to positive attachment patterns between the child and parents through co-regulation training and breath awareness.

We will address the importance of early reflexes and movement patterns, and how to help reset their nervous system, common sleep concerns, developmental milestones and infant trauma integration.
Some infants may have residual shock imprints from seemingly benign birth practices, necessary medical interventions, and/or extended separation from the mother due to illness. How can parents consciously acknowledge, support, and aid their child’s navigation from womb to world to harness their innate resilience? One breath at a time.
Breathing Buddies
60 min $190 8 weeks, hour long group class for children ages 6-12

A private intake assessment is a prerequisite before group sessions begin. A parent must attend all sessions.
Dysfunctional breathing habits can negatively impact many aspects of a child’s health, wellbeing, mood, cognition, and behaviour. Dysfunctional breathing mechanics also affect the function of muscles controlling speech, swallowing, and posture in ways that disrupt facial, dental, and structural development. The good news is that breathing and muscle function can be corrected through breathing exercises and functional retraining exercises.
The program is beneficial for children experiencing mouth breathing; tongue thrust; abnormal swallowing; asthma; blocked and runny noses; recurrent chest infections; sleep disordered breathing; snoring and/or sleep apnea; breathlessness; hyperventilation; anxiety-related breathing disorders; learning disabilities, and birth trauma such as NICU; instrumental deliveries or c-sections.
