A registered therapist through the Canadian College of Professional Counselling and Psychotherapists. and a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner with the Saskatchewan Health Authority, LV completed training as a Certified Breathing Behavior Analyst in 2018, In 2020, she completed a masters degree in Applied Breathing Sciences through the Graduate School of Behavioral Health Sciences.  As well, LV completed 1500 hours of training as a breathwork facilitator/trainer in accordance with the Global Professional Breathwork Association.

LV holds professional membership with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, the Association of Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback, and associate membership in the Canadian Thoracic Society. She is the Canadian National Representative to the International Breathwork Foundation, and serves on the IBF science and research committee.

After 20 years, LV's career as a maternal & mental health professional with a special focus on integrative therapies for trauma recovery led to an exploration of psychedelic breathwork. Her decades of supporting women during childbirth ensured she was already intimate with the power of breath. This began her calling as an advocate for recovery.

LV learned to honour the wisdom of the human body, the transformative power of birth, and the formative imprints of transitional experiences on identity. There, LV learned to listen, to witness, to dance with change, and to hold sacred and intimate space for others.

The potency of her personal experience with psychedelic breathwork was pivotal, both personally and professionally.

Currently, LV combines respiratory science with robust explorations of breath practices to measure their impact on presence and performance.  In addition to teaching her own courses, LV is on faculty at The Professional School of Behavioral Health Sciences and previously served on the faculty at Numa Somatics.

LV studied dance for for a decade, and then taught creative/interpretive dance and ballet. Dance was her first experience with bodily autonomy, movement, and therapy. She used to dance as a child to process grief, to find comfort, and to recreate safety in her body.

LV inspires people to create and sustain individual and community wellness, one breath at a time.

Adrienne Spring
Managing Partner, Strategy & Operations

Adrienne leads operations, strategic growth, partnerships, and organizational development at Conspire Health. She’s the person behind the systems that make everything run smoothly—from service design and client experience to strategic planning and brand development. Her goal is always to build environments where practitioners and clients feel supported, capable, and cared for. With her backgrounds in entrepreneurship, communications, and trauma-informed coaching, she brings structure and clarity to a growing interdisciplinary team.

She’s deeply attuned to how people experience a business, not just how it functions. Clients can trust that the systems they’re interacting with were built thoughtfully, with respect for nervous systems, boundaries, and real human needs, not just efficiency.  Outside of strategy and systems, Adrienne can usually be found at the gym or hunting down her next favorite local restaurant or market.
